There are modifications for every person in different parts of their life. I’ve never had better results and more ease of movement since starting Seny! The workouts can be done anywhere at any time with lots of programs to follow along or different categories to fit your needs. There are workout programs that are manageable and challenging. I always find myself not finishing programs until Seny. There are full workouts and programs or a day I'm in a time crunch she has quick and easy movement that’s still kicks my butt.
