Worst app ever
Recently had underfloor heating installed.
The app is total rubbish - hard to use. Doesn’t follow any of the settings available on the wall unit.
No support available or how to instructions.
Total garbage. Avoid if you can.

Makes Controlling Heating So Much Easier
Whilst you have to be patient connecting each thermostat to the app - expect a fairly lengthy delay as it connects to Raychem - once this is done the app is very easy to use. No more having to manually change the time when summer time begins it does this automatically. No more having to go round each thermostat pressing tiny buttons to change the programs you can easy modify these in the app. As a result we are getting better energy consumption. It’s also great to be able to remotely control the heating to come home to a warm house when you’ve been away. Would have given 5 stars but would love for the app to be improved further to show kWh consumption in addition to just hours and a simple way to advance to the next time slot on the program so you can more easily turn the heating off mid program. Hive has this feature for example.

App stopped working
Had this app since April, now it’s stopped working, can’t get it to open have tried reinstalling but still no joy, any help would be greatly received
