She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me find my perfect foundation shade. My skin tone has a warm undertone and can be quite difficult to match, but Zara took the time to test multiple shades without making me feel rushed. She also generously gave me samples so I could wear them at home in different lighting and take my time before making a decision. Her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you so much, Zara, for going above and beyond. It’s almost impossible to choose a pickup or delivery address. Because my account was originally made through Facebook every time I try to log back in it comes up with an error code due to Sephora/Facebook connection issues. Literally every product I select are only available for click and collect in stores that are over an hour drive from my place. If I’m using the app it’s because obviously I cannot go to a store or not get the product in my local store.
