I respect Sephora as a global beauty retailer, but I personally value strong ethical standards when choosing where to shop. I have noticed ongoing public discussions and concerns online regarding Huda Beauty and its founder, Huda Kattan, particularly related to reactions and statements connected to human rights issues involving Iran.

As a customer, seeing Huda Beauty still prominently promoted in stores makes me question Sephora’s consistency in addressing customer concerns about transparency and social responsibility. I hope Sephora considers customer feedback and carefully reviews how brand partnerships align with the values many shoppers expect.

I understand that this app is Sephora UAE, however I was surprised to see that delivery is available to all Gulf countries except Saudi Arabia. This was confusing and disappointing, especially since Saudi Arabia is a major market in the region. I was genuinely interested in purchasing products, but this limitation prevented me from completing my order. I hope this issue can be reconsidered or at least clearly explained within the app.

Customer service forced me to place an online order to redeem my birthday gift 

It’s not fair that I lose it just because it’s unavailable in branches, you have to extend it !! 

Since you have branches, I shouldn’t be forced to order online.

The app is great but I never downloaded before I downloaded it just a month ago and when I typed in my email it’s the correct one and it told me that my email is already used by another account and I swear I just downloaded it like I never had the Sephora app and it told me to sign in I added my email again but it takes a long time to request and idk why that happened and I swear that it is the correct email but idk the password
