Checking out on the app is a terrible experience. I’ve already decided what I want, I’ve ordered from Sephora UAE many many times. I shouldn’t have to click into each section to select my Delivery, Payment method, and Billing address each time. Please enable defaults for all of these based on last used OR if a user has only one address and payment method used, default to that. 2. Catalogue is not well maintained. For example: Color Wow is a brand that is not searchable via Categories. Product details, descriptions, and usage tips are no where up to par with Sephora US. I find myself going to the other Sephora app or TikTok to find better product images, swatches, and details because they are low quality on the app. 3. General navigation and performance issues: would be great if you could add to basket from the product tiles instead of having to click into each product. If I know what I want, just let me give you my money and go. App has been really slow lately, especially when loading product detail pages and adding to cart. Adjusting qty on the basket page also takes ages - where the qty selector works to remove an item from your basket (qty=0) but the Remove from Basket will throw errors and not work sometimes. 4. I have to click into each individual order to see the contents of that order vs showing it on the orders list. Also it would be nice to have something on the homescreen that allows me to quickly browse and add products I’ve bought in the past to my cart. Love the brand.
