Also, I would like to see the wishlist synced to my Sephora website account including the app on my phone. Another point to add - I would like the wishlist to stay intact even if I uninstall and reinstall the app. Thanks. ### 2/5 — the worst shopping app *2026-06-19, version 3.9.4* Sorry but this app is awful, it’s pretty bad in general but the wishlist feature is so buggy- you can’t remove items, you can remove a few before it doesn’t let you but when you check later they’ll be on there again, and items show as ‘sold out’ but most of the time when you go on them they’re not. Often I find digital assets not working particularly if it’s early in the morning UK time too. The app is easy to use but I recently purchased some expensive items for Christmas with the order at £260. The package was then lost it has been over 3 weeks and I have sent several emails and I have had no response or updates. I am very upset with this as I bought for my children and they were looking forward but at this rate I don’t think I will get any refund or replacement before Christmas. I also bought this over Black Friday and I am now forced to buy at full price which I cannot afford so I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of effort put in place to make me a satisfied customer. ### 1/5 — It’s super buggy! *2025-12-06, version 3.8.10* It’s very buggy, no matter how many times I refresh the app, uninstall and reinstall it still partially loads products. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything through the app incase it doesn’t register your order and you’ll potentially be out of pocket if they don’t receive the order notification with the on going glitch. It’s that bad that I can’t even write a review on any of the products as I have to log into the web version. I placed an order for a perfume worth £131 and the payment was taken immediately!However, right after that, I was logged out of my account and could no longer access it. I received no order confirmation, no invoice, and no delivery details at all… I waited for 3 days, hoping to receive some information, but nothing came through. When I tried to log into my account, it kept saying my password was incorrect. The password reset process either didn’t work or resulted in errors, and I still couldn’t log in :) I contacted customer support multiple times, but all I received were automated responses or generic templates that did not address my issue at all. No real help was provided!!! This situation is extremely frustrating, especially because this perfume was meant to be a Birthday gift for my grandmother and I ordered it in advance specifically to avoid any delays.
