It would be nice to be able to pick the station by clicking on it from the map. ### 3/5 — Needs alternate payment options *2026-07-22, version 1.4.1* Most of the time this seems to work. However there are mornings that the app will not connect to my bank and so my payment doesn’t go through. I’ve called to pay by phone and all I get is an option to text, which then connects to the app and of course doesn’t work. I realize this may be due to low connectivity, but if that is the case at some septa parking lots there needs to be a pay by phone or other option that doesn’t link to the app. Like I said, this is an occasional issue but I’ve gotten tickets or wasted an hour of time In the phone without a resolution. ### 2/5 — Only works some times *2026-05-30, version 1.4.1* Tried to use this app to pay today. Couldn’t complete transaction - told me to try again later. Tried 3 times and had to use the kiosk. A month ago I paid and countdown timer started but no indication of session in app afterward. It’s antiquated to have someone enter in their train station every single day. It’s an easy fix. Please consider. Also, you need to allow the purchase of multiple days. Most people park multiple days of the week. Please try to understand your users better. I’d like to know if someone actually reads this since you asked me to take the time to write it. Despite paying for parking the app says I have no active parking sessions. The parking expiration notice does not always work and receive a parking ticket when it happens. I now need to set my own alarms. Don’t rely on the expiration notifications! ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-08-20, version 1.4.1* First of all, why is there a separate app to park instead of using the existing Septa app? If I can add money to my key card on that app, I shouldn’t need a second app to park. Secondly, half the time payment doesn’t go though and I have to try multiple times. If I try texting the number to pay I just get a link to use the app. I don’t have 20 minutes to fight with an app, I have a train I need to get on!
