Regular announcements about nit smoking might be helpful and if someone it identified as violating then there should be a consequence to discourage it in future . Thank You ! In broad daylight stealing services. Same person, same time, same station. 4 reports over a month. Still doing it even today. If the Septa Police can’t even combat this blatant theft of services then this is just a waste of our time! ### 2/5 — Cool idea .... but... *2017-10-24, version 1.0.1* The app seems ok when everything is running smoothly...but when the train is running late, the app always crashes! SEPTA rail is late more than it runs on rime, while they treat every late as if an isolated situation. Now there is app folks are wanting to use to REPORT late trains (among other things) yet it will crash when the train is running late. Too many times now for this to be a coincidence. Reporting incidents has no apparent effect on enforcement. ### 1/5 — Improvements Needed *2023-02-17, version 2.1.0* After selecting the location (MFL or BSL), you should be able to select “On a Northbound Train” or “On a Southbound Train.” It doesn’t make sense to select 2nd Street, for example, when the train is moving and you might not press Send until you’re at Girard (and who knows when the report would be read). Better signage is needed inside El cars so we can know our train # and car #. Once you submit the report, no follow up occurs, so it’s hard to know if you’re actually helping.
