• Reports rebuilt from scratch: cleaner layout, photos placed with the findings they document, signatures, and your company details on every page.
• Optional iCloud sync — start an inspection on your phone, finish it on your iPad.
• Back up and restore your entire inspection history to a single file.
• Jurisdiction code packs, starting with Texas (TCEQ Chapter 285) alongside the generic reference values. Each inspection now remembers the pack it was written under.
• Dictate notes instead of typing with gloves on.
• Bigger touch targets, stronger contrast, and full Dynamic Type support for working outdoors.

Fixed: percolation rates with decimals — 5.5 MPI, for example — returned no result at all.
Fixed: minimum tank sizes for large homes were quietly rounded down to the largest catalogue size instead of reporting the actual required capacity.

If you relied on either of those numbers, re-run the calculation. Both are now covered by automated tests.
