Only half the content is available most of the available things don’t work. I can read my child’s report but unable to message teachers. Unable to see my child’s learning progress or what the school is actually teaching. I’ve deleted and reloaded for up to dating but still doesn’t make a difference. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-05-12, version 2.0.1* Never shows the messages or results pages. Hard to navigate. This is very iPad/iPhone unfriendly, as things such as school calendars do not show up in a good format at all unless you are on a laptop or large computer. I also believe that it is unfair to rate literal children (ELC yo year twelve) with a point system unless something terrible has happened. On my school one, simply not bringing a pencil will take in a negative and a chance for a head of household meeting. Small devices show the bare minimum, especially with something worse - reports. If your school releases a report, it comes through up to three weeks later, as the school is required to submit them separately to each individual student; a terrible idea for large schools. The new update has also made it worse, as the new students were finally used to it and then it changed. It has had most of my school now turned to a remake called Better Sequta. ### 1/5 — Blank page *2026-03-30, version 2.0.1* Can not view anything of your child’s progress or anything else.. pain in butt ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-03-30, version 2.0.1* Never loads, often doesn’t work at all, have to reset each time to find information despite always having the most up to date version. I get white screen of death on every.single.click. I’m going to have to use the desktop version to get anything done. Even closing the app and going back in does not fix it. Often the only fixes to restart the iPhone or completely log out of the app and log back in again. There are also issues when typing where if using your voice, it will only do a few words before stopping and you have to restart the voice typing. Confusing menus. Non intuitive. Can’t even attach a medical certificate to sick note. No feed. It seems as though it has been developed by people who never use it. For everyone whining about messaging shortfallings or issues with different UI layouts you’re asking too much. This app excels in it’s core competencies… keeping parents informed of their children’s progress at school. I end up having to quit and exit the program. Would be much better if there was a back button or quit button to go back to the previous page before the results/comment pages were shown. **Developer response:** Hi Andrew, thanks for the feedback. There is a 'back' button in the assessment results page that does this, but admittedly, its easy to miss so we're looking at ways to improve it. Elsewhere, there is no way to return to the root page except by going to another page and then back again. We're looking at ways of improving this workflow. I wish I knew if that was because uploading the information is too time consuming, or most of the teachers don’t know how. ### 3/5 — I take it back *2026-06-22, version 2.0.1* So um I was using the wrong app uhh my bad ### 3/5 — Currently not working *2025-11-11, version 1.4.11* As a parent, I have never had an issue with this app. Easy to use and functions as it should. But for two days now it has been unavailable. It still gives me notifications that assessment results have been uploaded but when going into the app it says no network and the circle of death appears. I am able to still access through the website, so know there is no issue with my logins and everything is working on my phone network wise.
