App has been down for days without repair, yet is the sole way to access insurance cards for all of my employers’ plans. Sequoia has a “contact us” button in the App Store. That button leads to a generic Sequoia website pitching the app with app download links. Truly terrible

Accessing cards is rarely possible. You’ll be sent to a screen that endlessly loads. All the important pages, really, are broken. Communicating with an advocate is difficult through a glitchy text box, as you’re also unable to paste from outside sources. It’s a low empathy app, pure and simple. There have been no known patches to address these issues since I’ve been forced to use the app.

This app is the bane of my existence. My mother wants me to access our insurance information through this app however when I go to sign in it says I do not have an account, and then when I go to create an account it says that I already have an account under the information that I’ve input. Both things cannot be true. Fix it.
