La función de S.E.R es educar al usuario para que pueda realizar una correcta gestión de los residuos en el hogar.

Explica detalladamente con información científica que son los residuos sólidos urbanos, el grado de contaminación que generan el FORSU (fracción orgánica) como el FIRSU (fracción inorgánica)..

Contiene un apartado sobre residuos de Manejo Especial y uno de residuos biológico infecciosos.

Dentro de la aplicación se explica la disposición final y cuantos tipos de sitios para disponer residuos existen.
