This app is absolutely pointless. There’s no proper flight booking or manage booking option. The seat selection process is completely bypassed, and instead of useful features, the app shows random 3D or AR videos. It feels more like a demo app than an airline service. What a terrible experience from a national airline. Please fix your system — travelers deserve better.”
