## What is Sereniq?

Sereniq is the mobile documentation system for IDD (intellectual and developmental disability) group homes. Built for how direct support professionals actually work; on a phone, on the floor, often with no signal, it replaces paper logs and dated desktop software with fast, audit-ready records.

Sereniq is designed around Texas HHSC requirements for HCS and HCBS providers. Documentation maps to the exact state forms auditors review, so your records are ready before the surveyor arrives.

WORKS OFFLINE
Notes, MAR entries, and incident reports queue on the device and sync automatically when you are back on signal. No lost work in a basement or a rural home.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Protected health information is encrypted, access is role-based and scoped to each staff member's assigned homes, and every action is audit-logged.

Sereniq is a tool for licensed IDD care agencies and their staff. Accounts are created by your agency administrator; there is no public sign-up. You will need an account from your agency to sign in.
