I got the app after reading about it and have been trying to get it to read my stress level all morning, but it keeps popping up with a massage saying it’s unable to. It looks like there are some things to work though

Ended up deleting this app after registering. 

Maybe it has something to do with my otter box? Disappointed.

I especially love the interactive relaxation training, but other features are useful as well. Definitely worth upgrading to the full app.

So i read some article about this app and i said it's worth the try, was skeptical in the beginning and tried their free interactive relax exercise and it really works, well the app shows I'm more relaxed if I'm following the breathing instructions but I'm not sure I can feel it in real life yet. Definitely going to try it couple of more times . Too bad that is so expensive, monthly subscription seems too much, would pay one time 3 dollars not more.

I like the free portions. They work well for me. Would like to register for pay portions but have encountered a glitch that I have just contacted the company about. Hoping for a quick resolution.
