I’ve had this app for probably close to 10 years now, and it’s really very good. It was the best of the ones that I found back then, don’t know about now, but it has everything you need. If you’re looking to move from guided to unguided meditation at home, this hits the spots for me. I’ve noticed a few incremental adjustments over the years, but the fact that the app hasn’t really changed is a powerful contrast with all of the pointless changes that are made to our electronic devices on a yearly basis. If there is a gripe, it’s that I don’t love, really, any of the bell sounds, but they’re fine.

このアプリがなければ、こんなに瞑想を続けられなかったと思います

Great Mediation App. Easy to use and it works well, nice to have an app that has a timer for each stage. Nice sounds to choose from the various bells or sound bowls to indicate when the meditation has finished etc. Would recommend if you’re looking for an easy to use and effective meditation app. Asante!

Beautifully written simple timer but including being able to have interval bells and configurable sounds. Presets are useful too.
No (for me) unwanted integration to Apple Health, no ads, no gimmicks, does just what I need and no more. Well worth the modest cost.

I was looking for an app with a better user interface than Insight Timer. I have a meditation (Kriya) that I do where I need a noise every minute. Nope can’t set that here. Your option is one notification at 1:20, can’t be adjusted. Badly designed.

Ergonomique et simplicité : voici les deux mots qui résument le mieux cette application. Je pensais pouvoir trouver rapidement un minuteur dédié à la méditation (avec des rappels intermédiaires) mais ce fut une vraie galère (application non adaptée, trop complexe ou trop de pub) et je suis tombé sur cette application qui répond parfaitement à mes besoins de méditants.
