I have spent over $30 on this game, but my VIP ranking has now reset multiple times after the game crashed. Most recently, it froze again right as I was reaching VIP status. I have reported this issue through the in-game support, emailed multiple official support addresses, and even used the contact form. I also followed up on a previous emails I sent. Despite all of those attempts, I have never received a response from a human. This is not just a gameplay inconvenience it involves paid progress. I simply want my VIP progress restored and for someone to acknowledge the issue.
