I’m having a hard time making the app work. It set up pretty nicely no problems. And then when I went back into the app to track an intake it just won’t load. I turned my phone off and nothing. I refreshed the app and nothing.

I would love to try but I didn’t want to pay I don’t have a lot of money to spend on this I heard really good thing someone said it was free I was excited to try but I can’t pay right now for this

I struggle with anxiety, especially in the mornings after I wake up. The meditation section has been great for calming down. I use the guided breathing exercises and relaxations daily. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who struggles with stress/anxiety.
