Serko Mobile is a free-to-use Travel and Expense Management app for companies that use Serko Online to book and manage their travel and/or for companies that use Serko Expense to process their business expenses. For users of Serko Online, Serko Mobile gives travellers access to their full travel itinerary and, subject to permission, the ability to book and change trips. It is the ideal companion for anyone travelling on business, making business travel a less stressful and more productive experience.  For Serko Expense customers, Serko Mobile gives users the ability to capture, code and submit their expenses directly from their phone, while managers can use the app to approve/reject expense claims submitted for their attention. The app uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to process images of receipts. Expenses captured and submitted via the app are automatically matched with corporate card purchases, where a corresponding transaction exists. Returns do not show up on the application at all. Entertainment of customers never lets me submit the expenses - it just says it cannot submit because it needs additional information in “expenses type” BUT there is no option to add additional information. I am truly perplexed that such a POS has any decent reviews at all. Corporate incompetence at its finest. It’s laughable. Zero stars Update: ERROR. That’s it, just error. No error message, just no. No I don’t work today. I tried deleting the app and then re-downloading it and now the message is: SORRY. Thanks Serko, can you make claiming expenses just soooooooo easy!
