The app only shows 10 out of MANY alternative expense types. Returns do not show up on the application at all. Entertainment of customers never lets me submit the expenses - it just says it cannot submit because it needs additional information in “expenses type” BUT there is no option to add additional information. I am truly perplexed that such a POS has any decent reviews at all. Corporate incompetence at its finest. It’s laughable. Zero stars 
Update: ERROR. That’s it, just error. No error message, just no. No I don’t work today. I tried deleting the app and then re-downloading it and now the message is: SORRY. Thanks Serko, can you make claiming expenses just soooooooo easy! SSF

Takes many attempts to log in and the receipt scanning/photo feature is useless. Much easier to just take a photo with the phone, crop it, email it to yourself and added via the desktop site, go figure!

Since updating to 1.9.1 the app keeps crashing as soon as you click log in. Unable to use app in its current state.

Hi, there seems to be an issue with ABM-distributed VPP version of the app - it is getting to background after 5 seconds. There is no such problem with app downloaded from public store.

Would be really great if had access to those who one is proxy for. It would be a quicker way of uploading invoice when the boss gives you a months worth of expenses in one hit.

My company has recently started using Serko and have found it really simple to use!  The mobile app is intuitive and user friendly.  All around a great experience

I’ve used lots of expense products in the past including expensify and concur. This is hands down the easiest, most seamless one of them all. Does everything I need it to do while on the road, while simplifying the process after traveling.
