The surveys they offer screen you out only after you spend 15 mins filling out the entire thing. They just mine data and dont pay. You go through most of the questions, sometimes up to the very end, only to be excluded from the study without fair reason. For instance, I recently spent 30 minutes on a DLBCL-related survey (which is my area of expertise). The final question asked whether I would be open to follow-up contact and clearly stated that my response would not affect my eligibility. I selected “No,” and was immediately disqualified. That was misleading, if not outright dishonest. In another case, I spent 15 minutes on a survey before being excluded simply because I declined to share patient information from charts—an entirely reasonable and ethical stance. In total, I wasted over two hours on these surveys and received absolutely nothing in return. I strongly discourage any physician from participating. They collect valuable insights for free while disregarding your time and professional boundaries. ### 1/5 — Will get lots of spam *2024-09-24, version 4.0.1* This has been a terrible service for me. I cannot get any help setting up my account, no one responds to my emails, and I never have any surveys. Yet I get 2-3 emails per day about a specialty I’m not involved in. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2024-05-30* Just downloaded. Trying to scroll to the top of a page triggers the whole page to refresh instead of just scrolling. Doesn’t matter where you put your finger. On other pages the Submit button is out of reach because page won’t scroll down fully. App also isn’t syncing with online version. Keeps saying tasks are available despite already being completed. Using iPhone 13 Pro with most UpToDate iOS and app versions. Locking out and backend does nothing and deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2024-05-01, version 4.0* Cannot reset password. And you’re paying money for ads? It doesn’t recognize your password sometimes. Customer service is terrible. The link the website and mobile app send you to reset password say the link is expired as soon as you get it.
