I’m tech savvy, and still haven’t gotten it connected. The Serta Motion Custom is supposed to be their flagship model, but the Serta iComfort Signature's app has lots of features the Custom does not have. 1) A snore button to position the bed to less snore prone position 2) A dimmer slide bar to dim the light 3) And, most importantly, an alarm that let's you wake to massage and/or raises you up at wake up time. About the app, it does everything the remote does too (as expected), one thing that I would like to see improved is the reaction time of the buttons.
