It’s an awful user experience. Servbank needs to evaluate their development team and utilize onshore lead development resources. If Servbank is currently using the above recommendation, I would recommend sprint reviews for leadership after every release. There is no way this app had the proper system integration testing (SIT) performed and definitely did not go through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the business. You may need to reach out to me to lead your IT department. It is like going back in time to 1996 and using dial up. It gives you the option to pay more on your mortgage payment but when you try to select that option it does not let you continue and says “regular payment must be made first before paying any additional payment” ok then why have the option? Honestly can’t wait for my mortgage to be transferred again this is my least favorite lending company thus far.
