The old app was working fine, this new one won’t recognise my login. Called the company and they never got back to me.

I have downloaded the app twice now, even reset my password and put in a personalised password and the app still tells me my credentials are incorrect. 

I can log in fine on the old app and the website but the new app doesn’t recognise me! POINTLESS!

This App us still awful and far from user friendly.
I re-downloaded it to see if it was any better and it wasn’t, suffice to say it’s again deleted from my phone.!!

Awful. Trying to log in and the app won’t accept my PIN which for obvious reasons I know.
I downloaded this app previously and had the same issues and gave up trying.
Same again now .!!!
