ServePro RD is a simple HR Management system for employees to apply for and for managers to approve requests for Leave Days, Work Travels, Work Expenses, and Official Documents. Users can track and keep records of their requests and approvals.

1. FOR MANAGERS


Management, Overview and Approval
Managers using ServePro RD can receive notifications and email messages, with the permissions to approve, reject and manage employee requests for Leave Days, Work Travels, Work Expenses, and Official Documents. They can Filter through specific types of requests for a better overview and improved management.


Team Calendar
Managers view the employee Leaves within their team or department in a calendar preview. This helps them stay informed and take action accordingly.


2. FOR EMPLOYEES


View and Apply for Leave Days
Whether sick, unpaid or other types of Leave - create drafts, make requests, and keep records of all your Leave days. Detailed overview of your days off, helps you make better plans. Choose from the provided categories and keep a count of each type of your Leave days.

The team calendar is where employees see all the team Leaves in a calendar fashion. This helps the team to stay informed and agile at all times.
