Ansonsten bin ich begeistert dass es so eine App gibt! ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2018-05-01* Been using the app to control a home media center, and have really liked it. Since win10 creators edition though, it now gives me connection errors. It still connects to the computer through the account, but when requesting to restart/shutdown, generates an error. Would love to see an update come through for this as this app hasn’t had an update in over a year. ### 3/5 — Only for Windows server *2015-08-22* This product only works for Windows server and their products, not for Mac, I would give 5 stars if it works for all platforms. If it also included WOL that would be the icing on the cake. Customer support has been excellent too, the last release got broken by IOS 8 and after initially advising there was no plan to update it, some weeks later an email arrived saying a new version had been submitted. ### 3/5 — Can't do anything useful without paying *2013-09-21* Shame really, app looks fine, nice access to services. I needed to manage some custom services on my server but can't really do anything but shut down without paying. When you get that HELP phone call. See all running applications and processes and fix it from wherever you are. A real life saver. I noticed I cannot access shares when connecting from my iPad. Also the screen resolution size is made for the iPhone. I can 2x it, but then it distorts. ### 5/5 — Great for home or work *2012-03-11* This is probably the best techi app I've used. It uses windows built in RPC service so no silly agents to install. Providing the administrator account is enabled and password set on remote pc it works like a charm. I even use it over VPN to work. The purchased adons are worth it to so you can restart or manage a remote service. Top dollar!! ### 5/5 — works as expected, but ... *2012-01-27* this is perfect for my needs, it works perfectly whenever I need to shutdown my lappy or PC. it was a faff to setup, but if you have a computer and know how to read the instructions or do a simple search via Bing (or yahoo or, forgot the other search engine, hahaha), setting up admin account in xp, win7 etc, is relatively easy, and you don't need a stupid bonjour enabled 'server' software which fails if the software is updated. I signed into my server using my Microsoft credentials (I should change those now…) and the app says I am not an administrator… except that I am. It’s the only account on the box and it is fully privileged. I find it funny, that the MAJORITY of reviews are 1* yet Lazarus recently rates the app a 5*... Hmmm. Also he mentions the "instruction material" i mean really... Who talks like that? That is a blatent Paid review or a friend of the developer! Also, please note the app has still NOT been updated for reported bugs or compatability? I mean really, How many reviewers give an app that does not function or correctly support iOS4, multitasking, fast app, backround, retina etc etc etc a 5* review? See my point! I have the same issues as the user above. Unable to connect even when connecting using THE admin account ON WIN XP. I also, removed my internal firewall to avoid conflict and still the app will not connect. I can only assume the app is service based, however without advising us on which services it is dependant on, we're in the dark as to gaining functionality. There is nothing more to offer, Considering ALL my other apps can connect to the same boxes without issue, i will continue to advise that this app does not function as advertised (unless you have a vanilla box with no security what so ever) and dont intend on changing a default Windows setup. This is just the job to quickly stop and restart it without fiddling with remote desk top. Had to fettle with the windows firewall to get it working remotely, but now works like a dream. Instant support response by email.
