I use this to log my tips not only for financial reasons but for scheduling on the following years. When I have to either choose to work as a profitable event or vacation with family. Or if I need to suggest we staff more due to a high volume event. I compare my years to budget for my slow months and when I purchased my work gear. Last year, I went to log in some tips I was manually writing down, and it was saying I did not have an account. To reiterate, I’ve had this premium on auto subscription for years. I reached out to customer service and they said in quote- “I want to be transparent — your account was mistakenly removed due to an issue in our inactive account cleanup process. It should not have affected active subscribers, and I’m sorry that it did. Unfortunately, we’re only able to restore data from the past 30 days, and your account was deleted before that window. I truly appreciate that you’ve been with us for five years. As a thank you for your loyalty, I’ve extended your premium access by 7 months beyond your current renewal date.” Now, im devastated, mad, but trying to be understanding and accept the loss, go with their make up decision. But now, not even 7 months they can’t hold their word and wanting a payment from me. I have cancelled this app. And I will not return. That's it for me. ServerLife is more user friendly anyway and I'm really impressed, esp. because the developer invites contact about bugs and such. Update: the above was written 4-6 years ago and I still use ServerLife. Constant improvements and very customizable. Update: still using ServerLife. I paid whatever for the app. Best long term decision ever. To my knowledge, it’s currently subscription based. IT IS WORTH YOUR MONEY. It does the same thing as many tip/hourly apps do. One thing I adore is the Forecast feature. So, let’s say you have a monthly goal you want to hit. Especially if you are doing multiple jobs (tipped/non-tipped). The forecast feature will *literally* tell you where you are in your goals, your best days to work, and where to get back on track. When the data is in your face, you have to get yourself together and get back at it. Anyways, get this app. ### 5/5 — One Suggestion *2026-07-05, version 2.1.53* Everything about the app is amazing. One suggestion I have is adding average take-home for dinner vs lunch. Finance Management *2026-06-23, version 2.1.53* I love this app. First, so easy to use. Second, it effortlessly tracks your daily earnings and allows you to see the big picture. Personally I have been a server for 23+\- years and anytime I open this App I am able to quickly see where I stand financially for the month. It has forecasting tools based off your previous input earnings so that if you are potentially not making your goals, it will suggest what upcoming days you should pick up a shift.. a message, for example: “Mondays are your top earning days based off the previous 90 days.” Its guidance is spot on and super supportive.
