Cannot submit an as soon as possible order, you have to pick a time. Navigation is horrible, signing in barely works, cards aren’t able to be used, and the UX is terrible. I’ve tried to use it several times on my iPhone. The app simply does not work. By this I mean functions like tapping a button, entering info etc do not work. The app just sits there. Setup process for it is also ridiculously complicated. I have not even been able to reach the point of accessing a food menu with this app after three separate attempts to set up an account on three different days. Out of the hundreds of apps I’ve used in my life I can safely say this is one of the bottom ten. Constantly have to input the same info every time it’s used. Update now I don’t even get my order. Selecting options does not flow smoothly. The payment still does not work consistently. It is difficult to figure out how to reuse a saved credit card and I end up reentering it each time. In order to unfreeze the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is so frustrating and the app needs to be overhauled for it to be at bare minimum: “decent”. ### 1/5 — This is the worst *2026-06-03, version 1.10.46* Our company just switched to this and it’s absolute garbage. Frequently you put in an order and it says received but never actually orders. Navigation is a pain. Tracking is hit or miss. You think you ordered because you receive confirmation but you have to check your bank account/credit card statement to see if it immediately refunded because there is no other notification. So rather than taking 10 mins for your order it’s now over an hour by the time you figure out their trash app dropped your stuff. This is so unacceptable. There is no excuse for how bad this is in this day and age. ### 1/5 — Missing Features, Bad UI *2026-05-27, version 1.10.46* This app is missing some useful features such as feedback for the restaurant if there’s an issue with your order. I also find the user interface hard to use. It’s not intuitive on how to navigate backwards instead of canceling your order. Also dislike how you can’t view multiple food areas at your company in one screen. You have to constantly cancel or go back out of your order and then scroll through a location menu to find what you’re looking for. I think a redesign would go a long way ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly Non-functional *2026-05-26, version 1.10.46* One of the basic requirements of an app is that you be able to login using your email. I have an account set up. When I llog in using my email and select a location it says I don’t have account. When I try to re-set up the account it says I already have an account using this email it just said I don’t have an account on.
