I Will always have a credit union. Love all the employees at the Shamokin Dam branch. ### 5/5 — Loans *2023-08-10, version 2022.5.0* I had 2 loans from Service 1st and when I went to apply for them both (at the same time) one was for car and another for a personal loan,I was so nervous because I thought I wouldn’t get not any of the loans but I was amazed when I was approved. I paid both my loans off now . I want to say thank you thank you thank you Service 1st. I will highly recommend this institution to all my family and friends if they ask me where is the best institution to get a loan. Again thank you Service 1st. The only thing that would be great is to be able to transfer to one of my saved external banks via the mobile app instead of having to go on the internet website to do the transfers. ..but otherwise I love the app and use it often ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposits *2020-08-31, version 2018* I checked with the teller at the desk who told me there is NO restriction with performing a mobile deposit however when I try to do it on this app it tells me that it’s disabled. I’m out of state most of the time so this function would certainly be helpful. I have no clue why the teller would investigate it and tell me I have NO restrictions but this stupid app says differently. I don't have any other use for the app. I'll wait until the end of the month, but if it isn't back, the app is gone. In the age of cellphones, why keep it? I can just as easily log into my account on the website from my cellphone.
