However I was disappointed there is no Home Screen account balance wigit like my other banks have. I recently switched banks because my local SCU branch is so wonderful. However I almost regretted the decision after losing the ability to see my account balance from my Home Screen. I really hope they add this feature soon. Their banking features are top of their industry and in general a military focused credit union warms my heart. I’m now 31. I’ve had other banks throughout the years but I’ve never cared for any of the other ones and have closed out. SCU is the best and easiest bank I’ve used. They’re convenient, easy to call, the app is easy to use. I’ve never had a problem with loans, ATMs, or walk in service. It’s extremely frustrating. Have had them for about 7 years now. It seems like over the last year they have grown more and against me making things repeatedly worse for me. From their control over your money to their copy and pasted unconcerned customer “support” all the way to them basically treating you like you’re special about something even though you have the physical hard proof in front of you.
