It doesn't save login info and when I do manage to sign in, all I get is error messages. Have to use website on my laptop to pay bills. ### 1/5 — This app has been terrible the last few months *2024-11-03, version 2.0.0* This app has been terrible the last few months read the other reviews ### 1/5 — Broken *2024-11-01* Developer…do NOT reply and state the system is down for maintenance…it has been down for MONTHS bc of incompetence! App used to work (at a VERY basic level) but is now completely broken. Opens, but gives errors after attempting to login. ### 1/5 — This app has not worked for the last three months *2024-10-31* I have had to make payments over the phone, and on their website for the last three months. The worst part about it is that their customer service refuses to acknowledge the fact that they have a one star review, and the app has not worked for the last three months. I understand that the customer service can’t do anything about their app. But you could at least be honest about the functionality.. this is single-handedly the absolute worst company that I have ever financed anything through. ### 1/5 — Error *2024-10-31, version 2.0.0* I get an error status code 101 message every time I try to login to this app. Please fix this issue. I have no problem logging in through my browser. ### 1/5 — “Nothing wrong with the app” *2024-10-30* I’ve called repeatedly (over 2 months now) not only to make payments but ask for app support and had no help. I get the response every time of “There are currently no issues with the app I don’t know why you’re experiencing this” as I come here and read reviews with responses from the company that occasionally replies very selectively “we are having issues please navigate to the website” and the website is AWFUL to navigate. Fix this, listen to your customers, read your reviews. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — App has issues *2024-10-25* I’m not sure if their updates has caused more problems with the usage of the app but now I can’t even log into it. When inputting my login information, I get an error message then it shows I’m in the app but then an error red bar slides out from the right saying saving error several times. I can’t reset my password, says my email needs to be verified which is odd because I’m already receiving emails from Service Finance. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still not working. It says I am logged in, but the only option is to go paperless (which I already did). When you click on anything it just streams error on the screen. Others have mentioned it in reviews and they haven’t fixed it. It always says that the site is down for maintenance. For 3 months really? When I contacted them they act like it’s not a big deal. Maybe next time I have to call them over the phone to pay my bill I will just tell them my account is down because of maintenance. ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2024-10-06* Worst app! Tried deleting and redownloading and still was getting service errors. Their website isn’t much better. DO NOT GO PAPERLESS with this company so you can still make payments by mail. However, I received my bill in the mailbox three days before the due date. It’s like this is being done on purpose so they can charge late fees. ### 1/5 — Less than worthless app *2024-10-03* Logs in with nothing but error messages and codes. There's no way their site and app are this horrible to the point that you can't even sign in or make an account even. This company feels very scammy and seems to be doing this on purpose. Please navigate to https://apps.svcfin.com/Login.aspx to access your account. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-08-13, version 2.5.0* There was an update to the app and now I can’t log in to make my payment. ### 1/5 — OTP Does NOT Work *2026-05-20, version 2.3.1* During the login process the process to send a one-time password code via text message doesn’t work. I never received the code. After multiple attempts to log in over many days I called customer service. They could not help resolve the problem. There should be an option to use email to receive the code if text message is not working but there is no option to do that. Tech support will “look into it” in the next 24 to 48 hours. My guess is that nothing will come of it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-07-02* It seems like they want to make it hard to make payments. The app is super glitchy. It caused me to make a double payment by mistake. When I try to log back in, it doesn’t recognized my credentials or my security answers when trying to reset password. It’s a scam of an app. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience *2025-05-21* Trying to make a payment and app says something went wrong, so I try again and in the meantime I get an email that says payment submitted. While reprocessing, I get another error that says something went wrong but I end up getting another email saying payment submitted. Log out and back in and there are two scheduled payments! So, I go to cancel one and again, I get an error saying there was a problem, but yet again I get an email confirming the cancellation! OMG, get a new developer that knows what they’re doing! ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-04-15* Terrible app, UI needs to be redone. No notifications for payment reminders, doesn’t process payments on specific days. Sometimes it charges you 2 times in the same month and it doesn’t count towards the next month. It doesn’t show you the amount remaining as a dollar amount it tells you the percent paid from the total. Customer service said use the website when the app was down but even the website was down and they tried to charge me a late fee. ### 1/5 — Horrid with no customer service *2025-04-04, version 2.1.0* Do not download this app. It does not work and won’t let you report to customer service. It is completely broken and worthless. ### 1/5 — Why does this app not work? *2025-03-25* I’m logging into the app to see if my payment went through, but the list is only in ASCENDING order and it doesn’t allow me to change pages. I have 86 items, but it’s only showing 10! It gives me the option to increase how many items are displayed, BUT IT DOESN’T WORK! How is it so hard to set an orderByDesc in the statement page? ### 1/5 — Awful app *2025-03-05* This app is atrocious. It won’t let me log in and claims I’m locked out of my account for 24 hours after weeks. It also claims it can’t validate my credentials, but still accepts my payments. Things went well in the beginning, downloaded the app on my iPhone and logged in and made our first payment like 3 weeks ago, everything work like it was supposed to do. Now since last week I can’t login at all keeps saying down for maintenance. Today is 9/20/24 still saying it’s down.
