Need a bug fix asap! ### 1/5 — The app DOESN’T SCAN driving license HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE APP *2023-10-24* We have called numerous time the technical service he has been brought to their attention over and over the application has an issue we cannot scan the driving license. We have tried over and over multiple time on different occasion. The problem doesn’t come from one person. It is multiple people different places and with different devices at multiple times and it’s been months. We have been calling service finance and nothing has been done. So far this is pushing us to use another application. It’s a big problem we use in-home sales and efficiency is the most important we are extremely affected by that, please fix this ASAP. We have been begging thank you. It’s been over six months that me and my team have been calling. Some people end buying a new iPad a new phone …still same problem. I decided to try the mobile app. Impossible to login. It does not recognize my credentials. Don’t know if it’s a glitch on this end but it needs resolved in order for my company to use it. I quadruple checked on my phone and literally typed each character for my user amd password and it went through using their mobile site but the app does NOT recognize it why???????? Dial up internet is a thing of the past flip phones are gone too. It is not wrong. I used the same login and password on my computer and it worked fine. The anticipated launch is Q3 2021.” Per the copied reply above from SFC on another review, if the app is on its way, it’s ~1.5 years behind. An app to view account balances and schedule payments is dearly needed. ### 1/5 — Not a customer app *2023-01-24, version 2.1.9* This app is not for customers, for some reason. The app title should distinguish that, but it doesn’t. Lol. How is the same issue for many users not on their end. Service Finance is a great company, but whoever designed their app needs help ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-15* Why have an app that doesn't sync with the pc? The design is ridiculous! For instance, to see your pipeline, you must choose "create new loan application". And when you call for an explanation, your call is routes to another country and ya know how much fun that can be! Tried it on 3 different devices… Since then, dropped calls, call interference, and many apps would fail due to being on a “call” that I’m not even on. Idk what kind of spyware this is but it certainly is one. (& it’s always the shady companies asking you to use this app). My login with all the correct info doesn’t work. It always takes an hour to figure out how to login to pay my bill. Not once have I had an issue. I wish other finance companies had apps that worked so seamlessly. Compared to other finance apps, this one is a dream, flawless in my opinion. License scanning always works, immediately updates approvals etc. can’t ask for more and user friendly input with auto fill with license scan. Y’all are doing great service finance, high approval rates. Really appreciate everything. Can’t help people who have no common sense or aren’t following instructions for set up. However, there's been an ongoing issue for over a year now that's affecting my entire team. We are unable to scan a driver's license to automatically input the necessary information. Since I work in in-home sales, it's crucial to quickly fill in all the customer details when they agree to payments. Unfortunately, this app's inability to scan DLs has been causing delays and making the whole process less time-efficient. Punctuality is essential for us to stay on top of our appointments, and this glitch affects both my iPhone and other iPhones used by the team. I hope the development team can prioritize addressing this issue as soon as possible. Drivers License scanner has never worked. Dealer can’t see the fees for the offering & is forced to pull up the web page to correlate the finance code with the offering & dealer fee.
