This app is awesome! It’s like having a senior tech walk you through repairs it even includes knowledge articles that assist even further in the repair process.

For all of us in the commercial food service repair industry this app is very helpful in repairing equipment. The app really helps to narrow down probable causes for repair and also has knowledge articles that give detailed information to guide techs in resolving issues. Been using it a couple months now and it’s been a helpful tool.
