With each update unfortunately on my end, I’m on the iPhone 13 Pro. All my other apps work just fine. It seems to be a battle to just fill out a report and this should be the easier part of my day. Time frames cannot be chronologically ordered for the route. Now my battery is running hot and I’m loosing 1 percent per min on this app. Please fix

This app is horrendously horrible!!!! Crashes daily , freezes continuously !

The app is clunky slow and goes offline frequently. Has multiple issues with the calendar view and you must exit and go back in to the dashboard or it will show you the wrong date Calendar numbers for scheduled visits will move from the correct day in the calendar view. Would not use this app without being forced to. Not a good fit for out company.  Mice response that was sent back blaming the issues on lack of training and internet connection. Every tech I work with has the same issues and funny that the other reviews cannot be seen.

We have had no reported issues but if you do have a true issue, you can have your company contact the help desk at any time. Also, since we do not have a user in the system named Chair Mechanic, we cannot see if any issues were reported or if you have received proper training on how to use the app properly. The description of the issues you provided would indicate you did not have data service when using the app or did not update your app and were using an older version. I’m use this app. And sometimes with I add photos to my line items. It keeps popping up “please add one photo in”
