Second, it gives me no option to add a car or address, it keeps telling me to add one, but then gives me no option to add one. As a result makes the app useless. ### 1/5 — Horrible Service *2024-03-17, version 5.0.4* Car was supposed to be delivered 2 times over 24 hours ago. No phone call, no contact. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Car return damaged. ### 1/5 — Poor service end-to-end *2023-01-27* Avoid ServiceMyCar completely. Whilst the app may appear to look impressive, the service was not. Once they inspect the car, the company will send you a list of ‘essential’ items uncovered during the service that need to be addressed. Thinking this to be the full diagnostic, you might be tempted to pay in full. Do not. They then send a subsequent diagnostic with even more items (likely exceeding the value of your car). The lack of transparency and the laundry list of repairs needed seems disingenuous at best, and deceitful and duplicitous at worst. When returning the vehicle, they will ask for a signature and full payment without having sent any form of invoice. Avoid ServiceMyCar and use the traditional route of getting a recommended garage from friends or family. ### 1/5 — Bad Experience *2022-09-02, version 3.0.4* Poor service, Oil filter wasn't installed properly which caused a leakage. No spare parts if you're servicing an american specs. Car. App is very good with showcasing the issues with your car with videos and work that needs to be done. Post verification of work being done not shown though so difficult to verify. Additionally when I got my car back there were car parts missing. Followed up with company for 1+ week with 1 acknowledgement they would look into it and no further follow up despite repeated calls and emails to find out how parts are missing from my car.
