## What is Service OnSite Forms?

JH Technologies Service App is the field tool for JH Technologies technicians. Capture every service visit — preventative maintenance, installation, evaluation, or other service — in a single guided workflow that produces professionally formatted, customer-ready reports on the spot.

EVERY VISIT, EVERY EQUIPMENT TYPE
• Microscope PM Certificate (Stereo, Compound)
• Coxem PM Certificate (EM30, EM40, CX200, CX300)
• Buehler PM Certificate (Ecomet/Automet, Isomet 1000, Isomet High Speed Saw)
• JH Technologies Installation Report
• JH Technologies Technical Report (for Evaluation and Other Service visits)

GUIDED CAPTURE
• Step-by-step flow: job details → equipment list → equipment-specific PM checklists → review & export
• Type-specific PM checklists with all the procedure items pre-populated, ready to tick off
• Per-equipment notes, photos, and tags (JH Service Tag, Customer Asset, Serial Number, Location)
• Auto-fill end-user contact from the customer contact you typed on the previous screen
• Time tracking (hours + travel hours) per visit

PHOTOS & SIGNATURES
• Attach photos directly to each piece of equipment from your photo library
• Add a comment to each photo so the printed appendix tells the story
• Capture the customer's authorized signature in a full-screen landscape signing pad
• The captured signature is overlaid on the AUTHORIZED BY line of every exported report

EXPORT
• PDF reports overlaid on the actual JH Technologies branded templates
• PM jobs also exportable as a JH Service Report spreadsheet (.xlsx) with the equipment table auto-populated
• Photos exported as a separate appendix PDF, with each photo's tied equipment shown above its image
• Preview every export in-app with Markup support before sending
• Share by AirDrop, email, Messages, or any iOS share destination

PRIVACY
• 100% on-device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked.
• No accounts, no sign-in, no internet required.

BACKUPS
• Every job is mirrored to a per-job backup file automatically — even after you remove the job from the list
• Restore an individual job or all jobs from Settings → Manage Backups

This app is intended for internal distribution to JH Technologies field service personnel and to be unlisted on the app store.

• Service Manuals library — import PDF manuals from Settings, label them by model name (e.g. "DM500"), and they automatically surface at the bottom of any equipment form when the model matches.

• Excel export now links to individual PDFs — each row's Make/Model cell on the PM Service Report spreadsheet is a hyperlink that opens that system's PM Certificate when clicked.

• Import button for repeat microscopes — adding several scopes from the same lab? Tap "Import" in the Identification section header to pull subcategory, manufacturer, model, and location from the last microscope on the job.

• PM checklist toggles now default to "done" — untoggle the rare item that wasn't completed instead of toggling every item that was. Same change for the Installation Report checklist.

• Equipment Notes now flow into the Installation and Technical Report PDFs — per-equipment Comments appear in the printed COMMENTS box, prefixed with the equipment's make/model.

• Bug fixes around signature capture and exported field alignment on the PM Certificate templates.
