## What is Service Pro?

Service Pro runs your in-home service business from your iPhone. Schedule jobs, keep every customer's details and history in one place, follow up on leads, and get to the next address on time. Built for cleaning crews, HVAC and appliance technicians, carpet and upholstery cleaners, window washers, pest control, pool service, gardeners and handymen.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• Day, week and month calendar views of every scheduled job
• Each job card shows the customer, address, service, time and a color-coded work area
• One tap to navigate with Google Maps or Waze, call the customer, or send a saved WhatsApp message
• See the open time slots in your day
• Mark days off, or block an hour for lunch, a supply run or an appointment with a Break

ADD A JOB IN SECONDS
• Start with the phone number: returning customers are recognized and their details are filled in for you
• Address, floor, apartment and entry code, or mark it as a private house
• Pick from your own list of services, each with its own icon
• Add notes and photos, and record how the customer found you
• Flag a job that is still missing details so it stands out on the calendar
• No date yet? Save it as a lead and schedule it later

LEADS THAT DON'T SLIP
• Every unscheduled request in one list
• Set a follow-up date for each lead
• Turn a lead into a scheduled job when the customer is ready

ON THE JOB
• Full job details with tap-to-call and tap-to-navigate
• Slide to complete when the work is done
• Ask happy customers for a review on WhatsApp, with a message you write once
• Send the customer a booking confirmation image
• Lost signal? Closing out a job is saved on your phone and syncs when you're back online

CUSTOMERS AND REPORTS
• Every customer with their full job history, searchable by name, phone or address
• See how many jobs you completed and scheduled in any date range
• See which referral sources bring in the most jobs
• Export your job list to a CSV spreadsheet

REMINDERS AND CALENDAR SYNC
• A notification before each job, from 15 minutes to 2 hours ahead
• Optional Google Calendar connection: jobs you save, edit, complete or delete are written to your calendar automatically, and calendar changes come into the app when you tap Sync

MAKE IT YOURS
• Your company name, logo and brand color
• Color-coded work areas, filled in automatically from each job's address
• Dark mode
• English or Hebrew, switchable in Settings

YOUR DATA
• Sign in with Apple, Google or email
• Download a backup of your data at any time
• Delete your account from inside the app

Explore a full sample business before you sign up: the demo shows a busy week of jobs, leads and customers.
