Frustrating because you have constantly try and move the camera around until it finals decides to focus again. Also why does this app need to have access to ALL my photos on my camera roll. Need to fix it because it’s annoying the hoops you have to go through just to upload a picture ### 1/5 — Poor quality app *2024-10-28* I have been using the app for a month and it has so many bugs and glitches. It has a bad interface that doesn’t allow for any editing of any kind. It is hard to find sections throughout the app, and their servers are some of the worst I have seen. The app will crash and randomly delete the videos I try to send through. They have a 2fa login that works half of the time. ### 1/5 — Phone tilt issues and screen timeout *2024-10-14* The screen times out while taking a video which causes techs to tap the screen continuously. The screen tilt locks in the incorrect position very often and the screen orientation doesn’t make sense while walking and holding the phone with a pop socket or phone mount. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2024-10-10* Issues/concerns -can’t zoom out further to 0.5 for videos for a wider view like the old app -can only take videos with phone turned sideways - camera doesn’t focus correctly when attempting to focus - the noise cancellation feature makes it difficult to hear voice in videos -pictures should be allowed to be send directly to customer - app consistently needs repeated log ins -videos and pictures already taken do not often appear to show what was taken - videos take to long to focus and a lot of blurry areas - no delivered or read receipts for already sent videos ### 1/5 — Less information displayed than before *2024-08-15* Only shows RO numbers rather than Tag numbers on a selected vehicle ### 1/5 — 1st version was better *2024-08-14* The original service snap was better. This version is a much slower process and completely out of touch with how technicians work. Almost everything about this is worse than the original. Go back to the drawing board . The first service snap was more streamlined and user friendly. This new one is trash! You have to search for your tickets, no tag numbers, you can’t see your picture right after taking it. Way more work than the original. This is a classic example of people making something without any input from the people who will actually be using it. I would give it negative stars if I could.
