## What is Service99?

Car-care membership for a real repair shop in Los Angeles. $99/month covers the mechanic's labor on your repairs at 7021 S Vermont Ave — up to 12 service visits a year, with an oil change every visit; parts are billed at cost. The app is where you book a drop-off, follow the work with photos from the bay, message the shop and manage your membership.

The membership buys work done on your car in our bays, by our mechanics. Nothing in this app is locked behind it.

WHAT $99/MONTH COVERS

• Labor on every mechanical repair we do for you — however long the job takes.
• An oil change on every visit: the oil itself is on us, not just the labor. The filter is a part, billed at cost like any other.
• Mechanical diagnostics and pre-purchase mechanical inspections.
• Up to 12 service visits per 12-month period, per vehicle.

WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER

• Parts. You pay for parts at cost — what we pay the supplier, no markup — or you bring your own. We price them and you approve them before any work starts.
• Body and collision work, paint, tires, alignment, electrical diagnostics and repairs, module programming and software updates. The full covered-service list is at service99.us/en/covered.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION

$99 per month, per vehicle, renewing automatically until you cancel. A 12-month term begins after your first repair visit — not on the day you subscribe. Before that first repair visit you can cancel free of charge. Cancel early once the term has started and the remaining months are billed once, at remaining months × $99. Cancel from Payments → Cancel plan in the app. Payment is taken by Service99 through Stripe.

WHAT THE APP IS FOR

• Book a drop-off at the shop and reschedule when your day changes.
• Follow the visit: what the mechanic found, photos from the bay, what it will cost.
• Approve or decline the parts on your repair before we order them.
• Message the shop, call us, or get directions to the bay.
• Keep your cars, mileage and documents in one garage.
• See your invoices and manage the membership.
