Poor user interface. The barcode scanner doesn’t work and the app constantly has to be deleted and reinstalled. Very very poor performance. ### 1/5 — Issues Galore *2026-04-01* I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I try to use it. After I sign in the app fails to load unless I reinstall the app. Most of the time when I try to scan a part with my camera the app crashes. These issues stated about a month ago. I use both a 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air. Thinking a different device would make a difference. It didn't. Can’t scan a part without the app kicking me out of my job 2. Logging into my account with Face ID would freeze the app 3. From various bugs, to not letting me log in, it’s all around just a bad experience. When it works, it’s sub par at best, and when it doesn’t, well it’s honestly the worst app I’ve used for any employer. I can’t even log into ServiceBench half of the time without the app getting stuck on the “waiting for authentication” screen. The issues I have with this app are countless. The barcode scanner is completely broken, the offline mode doesn’t work, and I have to reinstall the app on a daily basis every time it gets stuck. Asurion should be hiring developers ASAP to fix the many issues that everyone is having with this app. The lack of frequent updates is simply unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Serious bug fixes needed *2026-04-11, version v26.9.6* It’s no surprise that this app has one-star reviews across the board for the past year. The developers refuse to fix serious issues that cause this app to crash and freeze on many devices. The updates are too infrequent and they hardly fix any issues. ### 1/5 — Recent update. *2026-04-03* Use this app for work your most recent update says it’s for bugs and fixes but the app freaks out I can’t even scan parts in or load it up half the time without uninstalling and re installing and before you say it’s my device it’s not. I have an entire discord full of coworkers who have the same issues. Fix it please. Please Asurion give us a working app. ### 5/5 — Some bugs yes, but active dev team *2025-11-05, version v25.45.1* I’ve used several booking apps over the years for appliance repair. They all have their flaws, but I find it unfair how lowly rated this one is. It has an active dev team who add usable features that are useful to have. And they constantly monitor and fix known issues. The browser version could use some work, such as having to constantly refresh the current page you’re on to make sure it will actually update when you add things to it. As well as more straightforward directions and to get to calendars per tech. But that’s a problem with most similar apps.
