## What is Servicefactor?

Are you a current ServiceFactor user?  ServiceFactor Mobile is a companion to your ServiceFactor web system, built for your field technicians.
 

ServiceFactor Mobile helps increase cash flow by automatically creating an invoice at the time of service and allows the technician the ability to process payments in the field.  When a technician receives the service call information, they also receive notes about the customer, history and what equipment is located at the site.  The technician can update their dispatch status, as well as enter material and flat rate repairs used (if applicable) against the specific piece of equipment for which it was used.  All work can be approved by capturing a customer signature prior to performing recommended repairs, and the technician can also prepare a quote for the customer.  If the quoted work is not approved, the quote will automatically be uploaded back to the office and generate a quote in the system for future follow up.  Once the work has been performed, complete the work order by collecting payment (if applicable) and have the customer sign the invoice or work order.  All information, including the customer’s signatures approving and accepting the work will sync back to the office, updating your system.  With the ServiceFactor Mobile, you will set yourself apart from your competition by offering your clients the professionalism they deserve and expect.

This app is not user friendly and extremely complicated for simplistic daily use, every tap the app has to sync and god forbid you’re in an area with bad cell reception your tablet becomes a paper weight, if I can give it 0 stars I would

If I could give this a zero I would. Company been using this for a few years. Try a do search of customer list doesn’t go in alphabetical sequence at all. Try address doesn’t come up with number in order ie 230 comes up with 5230 and the like. Can’t use in basement due to no reception. If you have 1bar and try to go to next screen it freezes up. Very poor program.

This product is very glitchy and continues to lose Tehcnician input data. Wasting time and money. Coordinators have to work for the software for they cannot put a service or PM in for more than one day. have to manually move it on the calendar daily. 
Don’t waste your time or money investing in this poorly designed application.

This app is soooo much worse it’s than acowin not even funny. It never loads anything and if you try to close the app out and try again, it deletes all your progress you did on that call slip. I’ve literally (just now) wasted 20 minutes of just waiting for it to load and it never does. And I know it’s not my brand new iPhone 15 or my full bars of 5G lite service because everything else works perfectly. Not to mention it also takes so much longer to put in all the notes. And you also can’t see the history’s checklist only there notes. So we can’t see readings that were taken on the last visit and stuff like that. Wish they kept Acowin

Great product, very well designed. We were apprehensive at first because of problems with another product but so glad decided to move forward. Syncs seamlessly with QBO. Tech support is very responsive and helpful. Office staff and techs love it! I highly recommend Service Factor.

I won’t bore you with details. The company I work for has been using this for about one year now and it keeps getting worse by the day.

I like the clock in feature, but the app is very slow and does not work the majority of the time.

**Developer response:** The clock in feature is a great tool and has some enhancements with the last couple of releases that make it even better.  
1. It now will ask you at the end of the day if you want to clock out if you complete a dispatch after your regular end time for the day.  
2. You can enable an option (if you want) to automatically clock you out at 11:59 PM if the technician forgets to clock out. 
3. An "Idle Time Buffer" option has been added that will automatically start your next 'Travel or Working' at the time you completed the prior call, as long as it falls within the 'Idle Time Buffer'.  This can be used to eliminate the short idle time between completing a work order and starting your time on the next work order.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the app.  Please contact our support department so that they can assist you, as we are not getting reports of the app not working.
