ServiceFlo∞, by Flo∞ AI (flo8.io), runs your whole business by talking to it. Flo∞ is the AI inside the app: a voice-first assistant for owners and managers. Say "book Mariam with Sarah at 3pm" or "what's low on stock?" and it's done. No tapping through menus while a client waits. And when you can't pick up, Flo∞'s AI receptionist does. It answers calls in your language, books and reschedules appointments, offers a freed slot to the clients waiting for one, and sends confirmations, so you never lose a booking to a missed call. WHAT YOU CAN DO BY VOICE • Book, move, and cancel appointments hands-free • Check today's schedule, revenue, and who's working • Arrange cover when a staff member calls in sick • Track stock and get reorder reminders before you run out AI RECEPTIONIST (24/7) • Answers your business line in English or Arabic • Books clients and confirms on WhatsApp automatically • Hands off to you when a human is needed, so nothing slips YOU DECIDE WHAT IT DOES ALONE • Calls, bookings, reschedules, and birthday and seasonal greetings are handled on their own, always • Win-backs and review requests stay switched off until you turn them on, one at a time. Until then Flo∞ flags the client for you instead of messaging them • A stock reorder is always drafted and waits for you. Flo∞ never places it • An activity feed logs every action Flo∞ took, and when • One tap undoes a booking, a move, or a stock change it made RESPECTFUL TO YOUR CLIENTS • Anything Flo∞ sends for you goes out in daytime hours only, and you set them • Every marketing message carries a reply-STOP opt-out • A client who opts out still gets their booking confirmations and reminders EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Bookings calendar with per-staff colors • Inventory with low-stock and reorder alerts • Staff schedules, time off, and cover • Customer history, reports, and an activity feed • Siri and home-screen widgets, so you can ask Flo∞ without opening the app BUILT FOR MENA • Works in English, Arabic, and French • Made for salons, spas, barbershops, and aesthetic clinics across the UAE and the wider region Flo∞ AI is an applied AI firm in the UAE. ServiceFlo∞ is its product for salons, spas, clinics and studios: bookings, stock, and staff in one place, wherever you are. ## Is ServiceFlo∞ safe? Nothing to do on your side. • Add a price, photo and description to any stock item, and track customer orders from Stock. • The whole app now speaks French, alongside English and Arabic. • More reliable launches, plus fixes and refinements. ### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-18 See what a customer still owes on their profile, and mark a visit as paid. The day view now shows which room each booking uses. Services brought in from an import are flagged when their length still needs confirming. Ask Flo∞ to book several treatments in one visit, back to back. Clearer wording for staff availability and leave. ### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-01 • Your Payments settings now show only the providers you offer, with a quick way to add another. • Set booking slot intervals per team member, or one default for the whole business. • Give staff and managers view-only or full-edit access, section by section. Plus fixes and refinements. ### 1.0.4 — 2026-07-30 • A faster, more responsive voice assistant — it starts speaking sooner, so conversations feel more natural. • Ask Flo∞ now streams its replies as they're written and shows results as clean, tappable cards. • A quick confirm step before the assistant makes a change to your data, so you're always in control. • Inbox now clearly labels AI and staff replies and updates live as new messages arrive. • Reports are easier to read: labeled chart axes, a scrub-to-read readout, and better accessibility. • Head Office view: see bookings across all your branches in one combined calendar. • Performance improvements and bug fixes. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-07-27 Ask Flo∞ answers as it thinks now, and shows its work. • Replies stream in live, and what it did comes back as a card: the booking it made, the stock it flagged, the numbers you asked for • Anything destructive asks first. You get an approve or decline card before it happens • Voice stops cleanly when you switch to typing Inbox • Every message is labelled, so you can see at a glance whether Flo∞ or a teammate replied • Open an AI reply to see the actions behind it • Threads refresh while you read them Reports • Real charts with proper axes, and a scrub readout for any day • Fully readable with VoiceOver You decide what Flo∞ does on its own • Win-backs and review requests are switchable one at a time, and stay off until you turn them on • Set the hours when Flo∞ is allowed to message your clients More than one location • Switch between branches in the app • A head office view with one calendar across every branch Also • Manage archived services, rooms, staff, and clients • Staff roster leads with what needs attention, with faster time-off and break editing • Link a service to the rooms it can run in • Holiday closure notices • Signing in is a 6-digit code with clearer digit boxes ## Apps similar to ServiceFlo∞ | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [JAC CONNECT](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jac-connect/id6689503783) | — | Free | Business | | [QR Inventory](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/qr-inventory/id840349195) | 1.0 (7) | Free | Business | | [SHVO](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/shvo/id6450297507) | 3.7 (3) | Free | Business | | [BeiTeck](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/beiteck/id1558273103) | 5.0 (4) | Free | Business | | [Little Bangkok](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/little-bangkok/id1148940411) | 3.4 (5) | Free | Business | | [TFND APP](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tfnd-app/id6480346971) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Business | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
