I then waited another week and email again same situation “they’ll look into it”. After another week of waiting , I sent a message that said hey don’t think I want to continue. For obvious reasons. I ended up , speaking to someone who was upper management and they refunded my money on the spot ! Apologized and said they would fix it … we’ll this week my company has made $1782.00 of the ads… and I couldn’t be happier.
