I have been using this phone app for nearly a year now but I’ve had to stop the customer care is terrible and issues un resolved customers would call when I answered they couldn’t hear me so I would have to call back at a cost to me there is no customer support number other than chat I was un able to resolve this after trying for months so closed the add on and reverted back there’s no point paying any extra for this I wish it would have just worked.

Please note there are two mobile apps on the iOS App Store - the core 'ServiceM8' job management app, and the optional 'ServiceM8 Phone' app. ServiceM8 Phone is a companion app that requires an existing ServiceM8 account to function. You can create your account via our core ServiceM8 app, then use ServiceM8 Phone for integrated business calling.

The system is great and it’s merges great with the ServiceM8 job management system however I do find some cool connections are very poor, sounds like you’re talking to them down the hallway and not very loud

Tried this app over the years. Allways the same outcome. Crashes/doesn’t work at all. Spoke to an agent today who told me that the app crashing immediately on opening was “literally, the first time this has ever happened”. Not only did I know this to be false, from experience, but it appears the first review for this from 3 years ago says the same thing. Such a shame as the Servicem8 app is great and the idea here would be really useful. Not sure what the difficulty is in this day and age.

Love but wish was easy to see if another staff member picked up an incoming call rather than saying missed.

I’ve tried to hold of writing this review but after constantly reporting bugs and issues to service m8 support, I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall. 

I appreciate issues with software isn’t rare, but when I am constantly having to report them and none of them are getting fixed and support are constantly asking for evidence of the issues I am experiencing and then still nothing gets fixed. 

Servicem8 phone has got even worse since the latest update. Such a shame because when it works it’s brilliant but unfortunately the technical team don’t know they are having issues outside of there own team and because it works for them it must be working for everyone else. 

You need to start listening to your customers.
