You book a house cleaning two days in advance, putting off your chores. And then, when the cleaning day arrives, they text you two hours in advance that no one will show up. They'll just refund your money, with no alternatives. And so it goes on and on. If you don't want to waste your time, don't use this service. I'm extremely outraged.

Curtain hangers: don’t have curtain hanging tools

I ordered a hair trim. And instead I was sexually assaulted where the female hair dresser kept putting her private area on my hand. I pulled away thinking it was a mistake, then she went on the other side and did it again. So i crossed my hand waiting for the “trim” to be over. I had long hair I was sitting in the middle of the room so I had no mirror to see what is she doing. When she was done she has gave me a full haircut that i did not ask for or chose the style for. She chopped all of my long hair off and made it short. Unforgivable, and I feel extremely violated. On every level.

I have never had such bad customer service and Cleaning Booking in Dubai! I booked with them multiple times a week and I booked a specific person, they sent me a new one without my permission and when I called to complain, they apologise and they said that it will never happen again and they put note next name not to send any new person without my permission and the very next day they did the same mistake and I cancelled for the second time and I rebooked and guess what ?! after two days they sent me again a new one!! three consecutive days with the same mistake apologising. I cancelled my schedule with them for good.

I never used their service since many times from service market side cancel my order, but they deducted my money nor even refund my money, i kept emailing them almost 14 days since they cancelled my order. So BAD EXPERIENCE! I HOPE PEOPLE NEVER USED YOUR SERVICE, such scammer!

Honestly, this has been the worst service experience I’ve had in Dubai. You made me wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes with no one showing up, no communication, and not even an apology. This delay affected my work and wasted my time in an unacceptable way. The level of service you provided is highly unprofessional and shows a serious lack of coordination and responsibility. Unfortunately, I will be sharing this experience publicly, as people deserve to know the quality of service, and my review will reflect this very poor experience.
