As soon as you switch to the next screen for payment, it shows your 79 AED. Fraud. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional and Irresponsible – Serious Damage Ignored *2025-07-16, version 9.10.3* I used this app to book a service for installing bathroom fixtures in a new house. The main task (hanging faucets) wasn’t completed due to an issue the technician mentioned, but he did do a few minor tasks like installing a toilet roll holder. He said I wouldn’t be charged since the main job wasn’t done, which I appreciated at the time. However, we later discovered that the technician had punctured a pipe behind the wall during installation. This caused a water leak into the neighbor’s DB box, cutting off their electricity for an entire day. Since we hadn’t moved into the house yet, we didn’t notice the problem until it became severe. It’s unclear if the technician knew about the damage when he left, but regardless, I expected the company to take responsibility once I reported it. I made several urgent calls and explained the seriousness of the situation (especially with no power in the middle of summer), but I was repeatedly told someone would call me back—no one ever did. My neighbors had to book a hotel for the day, and the issue was completely disregarded. This experience was not just inconvenient, it was dangerous and costly. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking services through this app. ### 1/5 — Very bad don't recommend *2025-07-05, version 9.10.2* Very bad customer service, they are not honest in the available times, I booked 2 times for a hair treatment and every time I booked they calling after seconds to reschedule the time, they put available times in their application but in real these times are not available, I booked at 11:00 am and after seconds of booking they called and rescheduled to 1:00 pm and this situation happened with me in the second time and in both times I cancelled the booking. ### 1/5 — Worst Service Ever *2025-07-02, version 9.10.1* I booked an eyelash extension appointment through your app, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst beauty decisions I’ve ever made. While the lashes felt fine immediately after the session, once the glue dried, it became extremely painful. Every time the extensions are touched, it feels as if my natural lashes are being ripped off. Even more concerning, the edges of the extensions seem to be poking into my eyelids, causing constant discomfort. Washing my face has become unbearable — the slightest touch to the lashes causes a sharp, pricking pain that feels like my eyelids are being torn. This experience has not only caused physical pain but also left me very distressed. This company and its app are a complete disaster. Customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive, bookings are inaccurate, and there is zero respect for the customer’s time. This was a terrible experience from start to finish I will never use this service again. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Made sure to ask them for the stylist number or info, made sure to call her and WhatsApp.. and I noticed the time slot came and went and tbh e hairstylist didn’t come yet. I even informed them that the time is running out and I’m waiting for them to come & I have a wedding to go too.. time is running out but still they didn’t do anything. The service providers they are dealing with aren’t reliable, how I will trust this app in anything. We usually book the cleaner ahead of time so they have ample of time to look and arrange for our requests/instructions. We are a client of the company for over 5-7yrs and it is disheartening to received such a bad and unprofessional service. Couple of times they arrange our cleaners on the day that we book the service 30mins before the agreed time. Couple of times as well the cleaner arrives 30mins -1hrs late, as if we they think our client doesn’t have anything else to do or to go. Or send a cleaner that is not our preference even though we keep telling them why we cannot accept or we have specific request. What is more frustrating is when they keep pushing the things they wanted even though you told them that it’s a NO. I will never use this service again! 3-6 chance was given to them but they never fix the issue. They sent an unprofessional cleaner to my home who threw away our fresh and expensive food without any permission. When I told them I would no longer use their service after this unacceptable experience, their only response was, “We understand that you don’t want to use our service again.” This clearly shows they don’t care about their clients, their complaints, or their customers’ belongings. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have had with a cleaning service. I initially booked one cleaner for four hours through the app. However, your team sent two cleaners for only two hours, which was not what I requested. When I refused due to this breach of agreement, we eventually agreed on one cleaner for three hours. Shockingly, both cleaners refused to enter my home and do the job. Moreover, they were extremely rude when speaking to me. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I ultimately decided not to allow them inside, as I was concerned about the quality of their work, especially after your office manager pressured them to work despite their refusal. This experience wasted my time and embarrassed me in front of my guests. I expected a professional and reliable service, but instead, I was left frustrated and disappointed. I contacted customer service and told them no one came to my apartment for a week before and after the cleaner and that they could check with building security, and all they did was ask for a video of her stealing to prove it. The service Market booking agent called Marvie tried to call me during a time I wasn’t reachable and once she reached out to me , she started by reminding me that first I didn’t answer her then she gave me a price for my move (the app says multiple quotes tho) and finally, the system didn’t even store my pictures so it was a quotation based on nothing! Seeing the hassle it’s gonna be from early stage I asked her to dismissed my quote and she was upset and hung up the phone!!!!!!!WTH ### 1/5 — Horrendous Experience! *2025-01-13, version 9.9.81* I booked a cleaning appointment for 2 PM, but by 3:30 PM, no one had arrived. I called the company only to be told that the cleaner was busy with other appointments and wouldn’t be able to come. They forced me to reschedule, leaving me in an extremely difficult situation as I urgently needed someone to clean my house. The way they handled this was beyond unprofessional . No compensation was offered for the inconvenience they caused. This experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app or service. They did not respect the booking time as the cleaner arrived an hour early without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. The cleaning itself was unacceptable – The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and the cleaner didn’t even bother to mop under the table or around light items like luggage (which was empty and easy to move).. It was clear the cleaner did not know how to clean thoroughly or professionally. When I contacted their team to report the issue, they offered AED 35 credit for the next service, which I declined. All I wanted was for them to send another cleaner to redo the job, but they refused. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. And instead I was sexually assaulted where the female hair dresser kept putting her private area on my hand. I pulled away thinking it was a mistake, then she went on the other side and did it again. So i crossed my hand waiting for the “trim” to be over. I had long hair I was sitting in the middle of the room so I had no mirror to see what is she doing. When she was done she has gave me a full haircut that i did not ask for or chose the style for. She chopped all of my long hair off and made it short. Unforgivable, and I feel extremely violated. I booked with them multiple times a week and I booked a specific person, they sent me a new one without my permission and when I called to complain, they apologise and they said that it will never happen again and they put note next name not to send any new person without my permission and the very next day they did the same mistake and I cancelled for the second time and I rebooked and guess what ?! after two days they sent me again a new one!! three consecutive days with the same mistake apologising. The cleaners are slow they want 4 hours and more to clean a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. Just to get more money. Dont get me wrong they will return your money but after what??? Making time so they can come and clean and wait for them ??? And few time the cleaners did break some of my stuff but i let it go in the sake of not making them fire them but at what cost??? A dear cleaner named Milagros, refused to clean the floor from the stains. I requested to clean only one empty room. She called her admin to complain that she can’t clean the floor and left my home. I will have my answer to that: Previously I used their services,( the same service) the cleaners did not refuse to my requests and they did a good job. Now my home is messy after the cleaner left. If I could show you the picture of it then I would. I’m very disappointed…. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-09-02, version 9.10.9* In a city like Dubai, where competition weeds out the weak, I must applaud this app for defying the odds and surviving despite offering service levels that could only be described as… aspirational. I booked a Handyman appointment well in advance, expecting the basics—like a confirmation or a notification. But why spoil the suspense? The app chose instead to keep me guessing. A true masterstroke in customer engagement. Assuming that they would still send someone at the requested time, i rushed home from work, and sat waiting for half an hour, only to be informed—upon my own inquiry—that the technician was running late. A true revelation. Then came the encore: a promise of “just another 30 minutes.” Spoiler alert—45 minutes later, there was no technician, no update, no sound. Pure silence. At this point, I canceled the booking as I was running late for meetings. Would I recommend?
