Restarts, logs out, antiquated processes. I hate this app with all my heart but for ed to use it. ### 1/5 — Stay away if possible *2025-08-13* This app is absolutely terrible constantly having issues uploading photos onto work orders. The system seems to have some sort of network issue blaming it on cell service constantly deletes uploaded photos and notes. If you run a professional business stay far away it will save you and your company, employees, massive headaches. ### 1/5 — Fix the off network issue *2025-08-05* This app needs to be connected to cellular service to upload or save any photos. It’s really annoying when I’m at the job site collecting documentation and then once I leave and get service, everything I have uploaded is not saved. ### 1/5 — The worst. *2025-07-01* The app and website both have SO many glitches that cause me to spend a ridiculous amount of extra time fixing things that should be automated every week. The whole app/website is down AGAIN today and I have 6 technicals out on the road that rely on this to do all of their jobs. This is going to ruin our schedule for the whole week. Not to mention all of their jobs time and money we are wasting every time something like this happens. As part of a franchise I am forced to use this app but it is the worst part of my day every single day. ### 1/5 — Very elementary level software *2025-04-16* This app is ridiculous when trying to process payments it constantly needs to re-upload the same photos that are uploaded in the beginning of the work order often causing a 15 to 20 minute delay in payment processing which makes for awkward moments waiting for the payment to process in front of customers ### 1/5 — App is stuck in 2017 *2024-07-17* There’s been zero updates on this app for years. Feels old and clunky. Difficult to use calendar, scheduling, and invoicing. Not intuitive for my team to use. Configuring it is difficult at best and frustrating throughout. It’s not your phone.
