Then when you close the app and re launch you will have 30 Photos that’s just the same two duplicated ### 3/5 — App fails to launch on iPhone 6 *2025-07-25, version 1.5.11* Upon opening, the service monster splash screen briefly shows before the app crashes. Have tried: force closing/re-opening; restarting phone; reinstalling app; phone is running latest available os version; updated all installed apps ### 1/5 — App is trash *2025-05-07* Photos all day to upload if they even do. The app Constantly crashes. Take forever to load pages and the most recent update made it to work I can’t save notes and have to force close the app to even use when I try to add a note bc the save and Close buttons don’t work ### 1/5 — Desperately needs more updates *2024-02-19, version 1.4.13* 5 out of 10 uses this app crashes or stop loading pages forcing you to have to restart the app. Uploading pictures on network data is very spotty even in urban areas where 5g is readily available. Needs a reporting system for when app crashes so that developers can see realtime what’s going on. It feels like this app was created in a rush and not thought out completely. Unfortunately I’m forced to use whatever is available since my business is based on this software. It does have potential but needs to be worked on regularly to work out bugs. When these issues are worked out would love to give a 5 star review ### 2/5 — Unstable *2023-11-04, version 1.4.10* App was pretty stable up until a few updates ago. Wasn’t perfect and could have been better. Now you really need to close the app after every use; sometimes in the same session. Crashes all the time. Feels like it goes into an endless loop when trying to refresh data even on WiFi. I don’t recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible scheduling software *2023-10-07, version 1.4.10* Not mobile friendly, Not easy to use, Its expensive, Logs you out, Glitches Deletes appointments on its own Not worth the money ### 2/5 — Mobile app is full of flaws *2023-10-03, version 1.4.9* Their software has good intentions. Their desktop version is solid for the most part. Their mobile app has nice features but is full of bugs that they let linger. For instance, their text messaging feature in the mobile app is blank, you can’t see what you’re sending, but it’s there. It’s not reassuring to send messages this way. It’s been like this for at least a month. They keep promising to fix it with each new release. The release comes out and the problem are still there. With each new release, it brings a new set of problems. I wonder how much testing they do before they release it. The people on the helpline, for the most part are very good. It’s the people they answer to that seem to be the problem. They don’t have a sense of urgency when it comes to fixing these issues. I’m being forced by my franchiser to use this company.
