Completely Changed Our Business! *2014-02-12, version 2.0.1* Service Pal is a great app for our HVAC business. We started using the app just over a year ago and it has helped streamline our business and stand out from our competitors. The app allows you to make custom forms online that can be edited within seconds. We have repair forms that allow the technician to add images, which our customers love. Our technicians track their timesheets in the App, which allows the office staff to monitor them throughout the week and have a quick reference point. The customer service from ServicePal is great, so if you ever have a question about the app, you will have your answer very quickly. I would recommend to any contractor or service business! ### 5/5 — Try it you won't regret it *2013-10-17, version 1.2* Wow great app. What you don't see is that you can create your own forms in web app. If you are doing any type of field service like I am, you need this application. Great support and really fluid layout. I was told that an inventory option is also coming. This really cut down my work from using ios maps, calendar, inventory, camera, iforms and gmail to just this app. If you think this app is as good as I do, please review it. I would love to see these guys improve this more and more. Thumbs up. ### 5/5 — Ideal solution on going paperless...... *2013-07-04, version 1.1.1* I am the owner of The Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, service company on Long Island, NY. In an attempt to "go green" and simplify an ancient dispatching system, I've spent thousands of dollars trying to "go paperless" only to have a programs that are too complicated or fail to deliver as promised. When I found ServicePal on the AppStore, I was immediately impressed by how simple the program works. We can create a customer file, schedule a job for any technician, dispatch the technician to the job, bill the customer and get paid all within the ServicePal program. The program automatically syncs to my technicians in the field to their ipads. If i need to edit a form or create a new one I can. Within minutes, I am able to create customized forms for my business - invoices, estimates and service agreements. I am very pleased the the tech support if an issue occurs - whether it's 2pm or 2am, I know there is support I can rely on. If you are thinking about taking your trade business to the next level, ServicePal is the way to go. The app is perfect if your a one man operation or a company with a service staff of 100. ### 5/5 — Fantastic apps *2013-02-28, version 1.0.9* I have been looking for the right company to work with for several months, service pal is very user friendly and the support staff is a pleasure to work with. I have wanted to turn all my service forms and proposal into digital format for several years. With service pal I can create as many different forms as i can possibly need. My clients love the emailed receipt that they can actually read !! No more hand written invoices or job proposals. Thank you service pal for all your help. The app is very user friendly and allows the user to create and customize forms specific to their industry. So far we have forms for Quotes, Work Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, Inspections, Job Hazard Assessments and Confined Space Entry Permits with more in the works. In addition to form creation and many other great features, ServicePal's tech support is amazing. I have done some work for a lots of customer now when I have a repeat customer I am unable to find any History of what I did last time when there. Also you guy need to have tracking, have a way for technician document his arrival to the job I also want see how far from one job to the next. Please don’t get comfortable because I have seen some that I like but I like being with you guys. We need some updates ### 2/5 — Not good *2014-10-27, version 2.3.2* Ok yeah the product is ok, but why in the world do I have to pay a subscription? I think that is not good at all. The subscription is like $30 a month. I would buy it if the payment was a one time thing, but monthly? I don't think so. ### 4/5 — Greatly improved workflow *2014-03-06* This app has enabled us to easily create excellent-looking and accurate reports from the field - The result is a more streamlined business as we're spending far less time on paperwork. Our technicians can now pull up customer info, create reports (with pictures), add items and charges, and be off to the next call. Finished reports can then be easily sent to pre-recorded recipients via email. It's a nice, easy to use system for creating and tracking your reports. ### 4/5 — IT'S GETTING THERE *2013-03-13, version 1.0.9* ServicePal is a great app to use on the iPad. It will allow you to quickly take in jobs and with the cloud sync'ing, you can pull that job up on your computer immediately. There are a few things I found that I'm sure they will improve on. One being that the search field must be exact rather than partial (i.e. you can't type "player" if your entry reads "record player"). I also found myself double-typing information between the service record and its attached form. I put information in notes and it's not possible to pull that information into your form. Lastly, there is no way to prioritize your entries in your list. Two things that would be a great improvement: having more categorization for jobs so that you can find bring higher priority jobs to the front, and exporting data to other apps. Otherwise, this a great app for a small service crew to keep track of their work tickets. ### 5/5 — Hands-down, the best service app available! *2023-03-16, version 4.20* I’ve been with Service pal for five or so years now and it change the way I do business. Ive seen other companies pay big money for their dispatcher programs and have to use excel for keeping track of service agreements. Servicepal does both for you and the price cant be beat.
