I am trying to add a watchtower for 2019 but the app does not allow me to add it without the Issue date. Saudações. ### 4/5 — Best IOS Ministry App! *2023-11-19* I’ve been struggling to find an app that I like since having to stop using my previous one. This is by far the best app available for IOS. I’m hoping that a few more features could be added soon and it would be even better. I’d love to see it updated so that I can turn off tracking of publications/videos etc or turn it on for personal use. And I’d love to have the option of seeing my calendar view in the Home Screen instead of another tab. This app has so many features that are customizable and I love that. The mapping of RVs is also spot on. Dropbox sync works good for iPad to iPhone, although the data doesn’t refresh if both apps are open at the same time, so I have to close one and then re-open to see the changes from the other device. Would love iCloud Drive, but understand from the developer Dropbox is the only option for now. 7/17/23 - Review Update Still loving this app. When my RV is NH I love that it automatically carries over my notes for that visit to the next! I appreciate the activity planning for meeting my personal ministry goals and I’ve become a bit of an evangelist for the app with the other publishers in my congregation. If I make changes on my phone and then go to my iPad, I do still need to close and re-launch the app to see the latest data. Not expected, but a working solution that as long as I’m aware of is fine. I would LOVE to see the ability to run ServicePlanner on my 15” MacBook Air M2. ### 5/5 — Fantastic for field service *2023-06-01* Great for busy people that appreciate planning and organization for their personal field ministry. Just to clarify about the sync - it will work fine while the app is open on both devices. It doesn’t happen real time, you may need to wait up to 120 seconds max for changes to push from one device and be pulled onto the other. When you background or open the app it forces an immediate sync. Intuitive and easy to use. It is clear that tremendous amount of time was spent developing and improving this. The only thing I would like to see is integration with NW publisher so we can send reports right in ### 5/5 — Functional design 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *2023-01-28, version 2.6.8* Just the right balance between “bells & whistles” and the important elements required for planning and tracking our ministry. I especially use the Look Up Address feature. It is pretty good at suggesting a correct address and saves quite a lot of typing. ### 5/5 — Really great field service app *2022-11-13* This continues to be my favorite field service app. It really serves me well as a pioneer, keeping track of my return visits and reminding me when I'm due to make them. I continue to find new things I can do with the app. Well worth the investment. The only thing lacking for me is a way to manually add territories so I can keep track of them in the app as well. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! The only way currently to add territories is via the integration with TerritoryHelper. I have further ideas for the future but they will not surface in the short term. Now that I’m pioneering I’m taking advantage of a lot more features. This has been invaluable in keeping me on track. I can immediately see what adjustments I need to make and then easily do so. Plus being able to group my RVs by neighborhood saves me from driving back and forth… I can easily see everyone I need to visit in one particular area. Selbst seit 2019 (DSGVO) immer noch. Unfortunately, it does not really identify what the problem is, so I am not sure what to improve or change. I am confident that the app delivers exactly what is described in the App Store description, so there should not be any confusion about the features offered. Malheureusement elle crash régulièrement, l’écran se fige (sur plusieurs appareils). Présent également 1 problème d’affichage du rapport en français (nombre de visite juxtaposées avec l’intitulé). Une fois ces problèmes résolut elle donnera tout son potentiel avec quelques améliorations comme par exemple: * avoir un système plus visuel pour les objectifs (comme plusieurs cercle par exemple comme le font d’autre application) * lors du rdv pris pour une visite avoir un pop up pour insérer ce rdv dans notre calendrier si on le souhaite. * avoir la possibilité de modifier un filtre qu’on a crée (pas seulement son nom mais aussi ses critères). Un grand merci déjà quand les bug seront résolu! Maj 13/11/18 App de moins en moins utilisable. Malgré la mise à jour qui a résolu quelques crash d’autre problème sont apparu: La page du détail des contacts sont vierge. Obligé de faire une extinction du téléphone ou reset Ram pour que ça fonctionne à nouveau. Téléphone: iPhone 5s. Sie müssen jedoch das Menü oben rechts auf dem Aktivitätsbildschirm verwenden und dann auf „Täglichen Zeitplan anwenden“ klicken. Auf der Website gibt es dazu auch ein Schulungsvideo, aber leider auf Englisch. I hope I am interpreting correctly, but you can already apply your scheduled hours to your calendar - that is the entire point of the scheduled hours being set in Settings > Schedule. But you have to use the menu top/right of the Activity Screen, and then "Apply Daily Schedule". There is also a training video on the website about this, but in English sorry. It’s the only app I could find that allowed me to add my activities from my old app and phone. Also, the ability to use gps to locate my return visits is extremely helpful in the ASL field. It also syncs with NW Publisher! I know we can hold the app and start it there but it always opens the app when I do that, so a widget might be better to start and stop the time from there.
